VAST Marine is a hybrid environmental project management organization that designs and delivers high-impact marine conservation through conscious ecotourism, sustainable development, and partnerships across Indonesia and the Coral Triangle.

Project Management
We make ideas into reality; from design and stakeholder consultation to full implementation. Our end-to-end management ensures that every project is operationally sound, financially sustainable, and locally owned.

Technical Assistance (TA)
We support donors, NGOs, and development partners through technical writing, M&E systems design, workshop facilitation, and knowledge product development. Our TA work strengthens the clarity, communication, and continuity of conservation programs.

We manage the logistics and regulatory requirements of multi-country and vessel-based initiatives and expeditions. From import processes to inter-agency coordination, we ensure that projects remain compliant.

Community Engagement & Development
Our programs are built on inclusion and shared stewardship, advancing gender and youth participation, alternative livelihoods, and hospitality and technical training so conservation delivers real benefits to entire communities.

Sustainable Property & Ecotourism Partnerships
VAST Marine partners with developers to embed environmental and social sustainability into both the design and operation of coastal projects, using ridge-to-reef surveys, conservation planning, and tourism models that link ongoing revenue to marine and community protection.
